Eventeriors by Jacqueline employs Event Managers who are experienced in in catering, wedding planning, event management/decor.  Services include event design and implementation for corporate, social and wedding clients.   Our Event Managers will either partner with your assigned Event Planner/ Wedding Coordinator or provide overall management/oversight of every detail of your special event to create custom, theme based designs at your desired location. We provide clients with direct support in space planning, project coordination, preparation of materials, decorations and design features, customer presentations, space layouts and field measurements. We oversee every detail of the event from start to finish.  Our goal is total customer satisfaction. 

Full Service Planning Services:

- Initial consultation to define your event needs and interests

- Budget planning and tracking

- Selecting and booking vendors, event/ceremony and reception locations

- Ongoing consultation and advice; ongoing coordination of vendors

- Defining color scheme, theme, and favors; create custom center pieces/tablescapes

- Advice on etiquette and protocol, timeline

- Assisting with invitation design, printing and mailing and RSVP tracking

Day of Event/Wedding On-site Coordination:

If you need help only on the day of your event, we can help you:

- Organize and direct the event flow

- Help/coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up

- Coordinate and pay vendors

- Meet and greet guests
